Description
In this role you will be actively managing several hundred files at once and will be in constant communication with vendors, attorneys and real estate agents in a coordinated effort to get the properties ready for sale as quickly as possible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage evictions through attorney network and arrange for all lockouts
- Negotiate cash for keys and coordinate the transfer of possession
- Monitor and review all approved repair projects to ensure completion and timely payment
- Monitor assets during the redemption and/or confirmation period for any changes
- Review occupancy reports for changes in property condition and to identify if an insurance claim is warranted
- Manage a small pool of rental properties through local property managers
- Manage insurance claims, code violations and HOA violations
- Maintain reporting as it relates to repairs, insurance, evictions and cash for keys
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of REO real estate experience with exposure to evictions and or property management
- Must be able to work independently and comfortably in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining constant focus on excellent delivery
- Must be able to multi-task and work on a large number of properties at a time
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Pyramid Platform is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be detail oriented
