Twenty Lake Holdings (“TLH”) is a Stamford, Connecticut based Real Estate Investment Firm that owns and invests in wide variety of commercial real estate assets including industrial, office, retail, and multi-use properties. The portfolio consists of transitional assets, NNN leased buildings, vacant land and buildings, and stabilized properties. Currently, TLH owns 130 properties in 30 states.
TLH seeks a Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Analyst to support the Head of Finance. Position requires frequent interaction with TLH’s Asset Management, Construction Management and Accounting teams.
Note: We are working fully remote until September when we move to a hybrid model
Job Responsibilities
- Portfolio Data Management
- Maturity Date Monitoring

- Maintain Loan Trackers
- Ongoing Lender Relationship Management
- Prepare quarterly updates on property performance for Lenders
- Leasing Activity Progress
- Construction Activity Progress (Tenant Work/Spec Space/Capital Expenditures)
- Changes in Tenant Financial Status
- Prepare quarterly updates on property performance for Lenders
- Non-Financial Loan Compliance
- Understand, Document and Manage the Lease Approval and Construction Draw Process as Dictated in Loan Documents
- General Compliance Monitoring
- Loan Portfolio Analysis
- High Level Analysis Used to Improve Leverage, Interest Rates, Structure
- Annual Property Budgeting & Cash Flows
- Loan Closing Coordination
- Other Projects as Needed
Job Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience with commercial real estate underwriting and mortgage loans.
- Understanding of commercial mortgage debt terms.
- Experience reading and reviewing commercial real estate loan documents.
- Experience underwriting and analyzing property level cash flows.
- Familiarity with settlement statements, appraisals, Phase I reports and other 3rd party property reports.
- Experience in reviewing and analysis company financial statement (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement) is a plus.
General:

- Ability to address various inquiries and have proper judgment/experience to know when issues should be escalated.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.5.
Computer Skills:
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel functions and conditional formulas. Experience with VBA and data management a plus.
- Experience with Yardi, Argus, and/or CoStar is a plus.
