Job Description

3650 is seeking an Associate to join the Investment Management team in its Miami headquarters. The Investment Management team works directly for the Managing Partners in the creation, structuring, commercialization, execution, and management of the firm’s investment strategies. The Associate will be directly involved in many of the firm’s highest and most complex priorities, including the creation of new investment vehicles and the portfolio management of existing vehicles. This is a high impact and visibility role with a very steep learning curve and high career advancement potential. Much of the Associate’s work product will be directly in coordination with the firm’s senior leaders and investor partners. The role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most successful and innovation-focused investors. The Associate’s work will directly contribute in building a unique and fast-growing firm with industry-changing ambitions. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyzing potential new concepts, strategies, and investments for the firm.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed financial models and analysis for complex commercial real estate and structured finance investment strategies and transactions.
• Preparing pitch books and similar presentations for the firm’s senior leaders and investor partners.
• Responding to detailed investor requests and diligence items.
• Assisting with key corporate development initiatives.
• Travel amongst the firm’s offices and associated with investment and investor relations activities.
