Metropolitan Properties, a Boston based real estate management firm seeks highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate field operations with the corporate office. You will report directly to and interact with senior management of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to be a part of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The following list of job requirements is not exhaustive and may be supplemented or changed as necessary.
- Manage accounts receivables and collections
- Manage Yardi interface with field operations
- Purchase order administration
- Manage market studies and setting of market rents
- Manage company’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Managing the company’s SharePoint database
- Coordinating field operations with corporate personnel
- General corporate administration
- Monitor company’s key systems
- Coordinate purchases with company’s renovation vendors
- Administer affiliated company’s rentals and leases
- Assist the CEO in general administration duties
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in multifamily real estate
- Proficient with Excel and Yardi
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrates ability to preserve confidentiality of information
- Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
