Marketing and Design Assistant

Position Title

Kislak is in search of a Marketing and Design Assistant to join its marketing team in Woodbridge, NJ.

The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining marketing content and materials for listed properties, creating and placing advertisements, managing social media content, managing website content, and creation of other printable materials, all according to company standards.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required

Creative design experience with strong copy-editing abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are a must

Proficiency in the following required:
            Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
            MS Office (Excel emphasis)
            Constant Contact

Familiarity with the following preferred:
            WordPress
            Buildout
            Social Media

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Salary commensurate with experience.
