Real estate investment firm based in Iselin, NJ seeking real estate professional to grow our real estate portfolio.
Position includes:
- Sourcing off-market & market investment opportunities
- Initiate and cultivate new relationships with landlord and brokers across multiple markets
- Research Markets and have a strong knowledge of underwriting deals.
Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Two to four years of brokerage and or acquisition experience
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- BASE PLUS BONUS COMPENSATION STRUCTURE - HIGH POTENTIAL
