This role is for a Contracts Administrator position. The Contracts Administrator will create and submit contract approval packages on behalf of the client. The Contracts Administrator will gather required supporting documentation and provides contract analysis to ensure accurate representation of contract terms and conditions. They will manage, monitor, and report on the progress of new lease requests, lease renewals, and other real estate agreements. Reviews and analyzes lease agreements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in documenting the real estate requirements (e.g., reviews growth projections, evaluates overall business strategy, manages critical dates).
Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking lease information, lease expirations, lease renewals, rental rates, and real estate assignments
Gathers required supporting documentation and provides contract analysis to ensure accurate representation of contract terms and conditions
Implements and ensures compliance policies and procedures
Assists with or manages local transaction implementation
Facilitates closeout process including hand off to lease administration team.
Participates in various real estate transactions by being the liaison and coordinating with market leaders and legal team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent to a four-year college degree. 1 to 3 years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
