Job Objectives: Establishes and administers programs for recruitment of top quality candidates. Manages the selection process to ensure a smooth transition of candidates through each step of the process. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Executes on recruitment efforts Approves and advertises job requisitions on job boards as requested by hiring manager. Reviews all incoming resumes and e-application forms. Monitors the approval process of transfer/promotion request forms from internal candidates. Effectively communicates, via telephone or email, with all hiring managers as well as active, internal and external candidates. Organizes trade school, college and professional job fairs as necessary. Organizes and promotes Company Hiring Days. Monitors aging open positions and effectiveness of recruitment resources. Monitors hiring manager recruitment activity for open positions Conducts testing / assessments for different positions as needed Monitors the pre-employment process including guiding candidates through the reference check process. Troubleshoot technical issues related to applicant tracking system. Assess recruiting needs and identify new recruiting avenues. Applies various sourcing strategies as necessary to fill open requisitions. This includes cold calling, e-mail campaigns, recruitment marketing, etc. Travel to assigned key regions for recruitment events. Other duties as assigned ATTENDANCE: Position requires ability to work standard hours and business days, 52 weeks of the year. Individuals must posses the ability to work the necessary days/hours to complete assignments. Work schedule subject to change. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma Required / Bachelor Degree Preferred Experience: Must have 2+ years experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Must have knowledge and experience in using various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking, etc. Intermediate knowledge and experience in using MS Office suite. Knowledge in internet recruiting practices and resources. Ability to speak, read and write in English.
