Real Estate Capital Markets firm looking for an Assistant to support a growing team in their New York, NY office.
The ability to prioritize assignments, focus, and remain composed is very important. Professionalism, organization, and the ability to follow-through on tasks of importance is a must. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a fast paced professional environment.
To achieve the stated objectives for this position, the following duties will be required:
1. Phone coverage for office
2. Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
3. Manage Conference and Events across all teams
4. Calendars - setting up meetings
5. Expenses - tracking receipts, processing expense reports
6. Office Management and supplies orders
7. Special projects as assigned
8. Direct support of the business development efforts of Mission Principals
To achieve the stated objectives for this position the following experience will be required:
1. 2-3 years of administrative & analytics experience - in mortgage, finance or a fast-paced environment is a plus
2. Must be able to multi-task and be extremely detail-oriented
3. Must have excellent follow-through with assignments
4. Strong command of Outlook, Word and Excel
5. Knowledge of commercial and/or residential real estate is a plus
6. Associate or Bachelor’s degree
