Roles and Responsibilities:
- Underwrite new investment and development opportunities
- Assist with due diligence and market research associated with potential investments
- Prepare investment memorandums for the projects in the pipeline
- Assist in sourcing new opportunities and reviewing OMs
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Real Estate
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written and oral communication skills
