We are currently seeking a Vice President, Coldwell Banker Commercial to be based out of our Madison NJ headquarters.

This position will lead the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization nationally and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.  The Vice President, CBC is responsible for setting the commercial strategy that is aligned with overall brand goals and vision. This position will be responsible for developing an effective national network of independent affiliates and associates and setting stretch growth goals and objectives for affiliates and internal corporate staff.  In addition, the position will be responsible for enhancing the overall strategic servicing model for the franchisees and fostering business development.  The position will also focus on increasing the business production and profitability of the national affiliate network. The position would include working with Affiliate owners and Brokers, as well as NRT LOC presidents, RVPs, and managers. Works with Sr. Leadership and affiliate ownership to formulate commercial strategies, recruiting, and agent retention. Assists local leadership in best recruiting and onboarding practice
 
Essential Job Duties:
 
  • Create and implement strategies for the long-term growth and market positioning of Coldwell Banker Commercial
  • Preparation of annual strategic business plan, managing staff, developing accountability and metrics to manage success
  • Define and articulate Value Proposition of CBC
  • Partner with the SVP, Franchise sales to set the strategic direction for growing affiliate network
  • Address national affiliate network at regional and national events to discuss innovation, annual initiatives, growth goals and progress toward plan
  • Oversee the affiliate servicing team to aid franchisees in the development of new business and achieve agreed upon sales and profitability levels
  • Provide management, coaching and direction to both direct and indirect reports who have impact on Commercial operations
  • Ensure appropriate systems and business practices are in place to maintain multiple levels of contact and close relationship with all customers
  • Keep abreast and convey to commercial real estate business trends to affiliate network and internal corporate departments
  • Manage successful relationships and insure integration with the various corporate shared services departments
  • Work with NRT Sr. Leadership and affiliate ownership to formulate commercial strategies, recruiting, and agent retention
  • Lead and motivate internal corporate departments within Coldwell Banker Commercial to achieve agreed targets, simultaneously adhering to budget
  • Ensure the constant growth and development of the Coldwell Banker Commercial team
  • Interface with CBC Advisory Board
  • Represents the CBC1 organization at conventions, workshops, seminars and speaking engagements as merited. Acts as direct contact liaison with the CBC1 affiliates. Represents CBC1 at brand functions and meetings
  • Work on select Realogy and RFG projects with the purpose of driving CB/CBC participation and integration in a proactive and productive manner

Qualifications:
 
  • B.S./B.A Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum 10 years of business related experience required with Real estate and/or Commercial experience strongly preferred
  • CCIM certification strongly preferred
  • Strong human capital management/leadership skills
  • Proven success in organic revenue growth
  • Extensive business acumen in corporate environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to think strategically, set direction and execute against plan for an organization
  • Ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Individual must possess great attitude and positive energy
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed
