Senior Accountant

Real estate group Fulton is looking for a full-time Senior Accountant to be based in our Miami office (Brickell). Fulton is a privately-held, fully-integrated real estate investment, asset management and development firm with offices in Miami, Boston and Paris.

Main Responsibilities shall include accounting, financial reporting and administration for a real estate portfolio (12 properties and growing) located in the Greater Miami and Boston areas. The position is hands-on and in direct contact with ownership and support of day-to-day operations.

Professional Experience/Qualifications :

Experienced accounting/financial professional with proven 5/7+ year experience. 

BA/BS Degree with a concentration in Accounting and CPA qualification preferred. 
Full proficiency with QuickBooks required.
Experience with Yardi preferred but not required. 
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment within a growing driven team.
