Position: Real Estate Agent Pinecroft Realty, a boutique real estate company headquartered in The Woodlands, is seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, career-minded individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the market. A history in the industry is necessary in order to carry out our business plan. Candidates must be attracted to a fast-paced environment where customer service and responsiveness are of the utmost importance. Join the team to help reach out to clients to help them navigate the complex nature of the real estate market in order to achieve company goals. You will be expected to generate leads and cultivate client relationships. Compensation is 100% commission-based with unlimited opportunity to succeed. Experience
- Minimum of two years brokerage experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Real Estate License Required
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- Have a desire to perform with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Be proactive in pursuing opportunities for clients
- A desire to continuously learn and improve in their career
- Commission only
- Splits based on verified transaction history and reputation in the market
