REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER – SUPERVISES MULTIPLE APARTMENT MANAGERS
We currently have an open Regional Property Manager position in our San Antonio region to oversee our portfolio of 13 multifamily properties and over 4,600 units. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising all regional personnel, as well as enforcing and implementing company policies and procedures. Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is in the range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year. Qualifications:
- Regional Manager of 3,000+ multifamily units
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Preferred BA degree
- Preferred construction experience/knowledge
- Apartment Association courses and certificates
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Current driver’s license, with verifiable auto insurance.
