JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will obtain hands on industry experience and receive personalized, intensive training from some of the most experienced real estate brokers in the business. At RIPCO, we are a family - we believe that the most successful transactions are fostered through the team, not the individual, and our work environment reflects this philosophy. The office is an open environment which allows constant collaboration to take place. You will be paired with an experienced salesperson who will train you to become a successful salesperson. Additionally, you will be assigned an in-house, dedicated marketing team who will provide you with the custom materials necessary to market your properties and service your team’s clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two to five years of sales experience, in any field
- Knowledge of the respective office's geography as well as the different local markets is strongly preferred but not required
- A real estate license is not required to apply, but the candidate will have to obtain a license shortly after hire
- Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, organized and detail oriented
