Ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a desire to work in the commercial real estate finance industry. You must be highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude. This individual must possess excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities are to initiate commercial real estate transactions:

• Calling prospects to assess financing needs via firm database
• Analyzing financial reports and discuss proposals with clients and prospects

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following:

• Recent Grad or Undergraduate (Senior only).
• Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer and client relationship focus
• Fundamental knowledge of real estate industry and commercial financ

• Analyzing financial reports and discuss proposals with clients and prospects
• Calling prospects to assess financing needs
• Maintain organized and complete transaction files
• Draft client interaction and deal memos

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following:

• Recent Grad (Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer and client relationship focus
