Reliant Safety, a subsidiary of Omni New York LLC and Omni America LLC, was founded in 2009 to provide comprehensive property security and management solutions for the affordable housing market nationwide. We are currently seeking a CCTV Project Manager/Estimator to join our rapidly growing team.

Position Overview :

The CCTV Project Manager/Estimator will conduct site surveys, create proposals, manage project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and plan material deliveries.

Reporting to the VP of Security Technology, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Up to 25% travel, currently all domestic.
  • Conduct site surveys and create drawings/proposals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and/or Reliant technicians as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate project status and projected completion dates.
  • Schedule material deliveries in an efficient manner.
  • Provide technical training to personnel as required.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Identify final deliverables and project closeout requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of CCTV or access control experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
  • CSPM, PSP, or PMP certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in a broad range of CCTV and access control products and security architecture.
  • Knowledge of IP platform camera systems required (Hikvision a plus).
  • Experience in access control platforms preferred (S2 a plus).
  • Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read/interpret various types of drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in network architecture and protocols.
  • Experience in a variety of Windows desktop/server operating systems (7, 10, 2008, 2012, 2016).
  • Willing to get your hands dirty and assist on the job site.
  • OSHA certified a plus.

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Team player - ability to work well in a close employee/support environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with constant changes.
  • Must be comfortable with travel, sometimes on short notice, and occasional overtime if needed.

Salary range $70-80K, commensurate with experience
