RealCrowd's is an open investment marketplace dedicated to providing access to quality real estate investments. We currently offer accredited investors the opportunity to invest in ownership of actual properties as well as funds, just as one might invest in shares of a company. We've been around over 5 years with over $200MM invested in real estate and are profitable!

We are a small but dedicated team moving to our next phase of growth. We have recently opened an office in downtown Portland and are looking for an Office Manager to help assist our growing team. Additional points will be awarded for candidates with marketing skills and experience in the commercial real estate world.

Who you are

RealCrowd is looking for a well organized office manager and marketing professional who's looking to translate your skills and creativity into efficiency and growth for a Portland, Oregon based startup. Your experience includes delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while managing both internal and external needs. You have experience in a marketing support services role, with the ability to execute customer outreach across social media, digital ad campaigns and other platforms.

You are flexible and love variety in your work. As can be typical with smaller companies, office manager duties can be diverse and evolve with the needs of the company as it grows. Below are a few of the things you'll potentially be responsible for:

  • Plan regular Oregon HQ company meetups 
  • Book travel/hotels for conferences as needed 
  • Coordinate Payment of Bills 
  • Pay Contractors 
  • Minor Bookkeeping (We use a professional service, but need occasional reconciliation) 
  • Check the mail, sort and see what needs attention 
  • Keep office supplies stocked 
  • Triage all operations emails and route communications as necessary 
  • Assisting investor relations with additional e-mail triage and minor research

 

What's your background?

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, G-suite of software and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong experience with social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Customer service attitude with ability to work across multiple teams

  • Ability to keep a cool head under pressure while managing both internal staff needs and that of our customers
  • Ability to demonstrate effective outbound marketing campaigns and deliver on key initiatives
