Description
• Provide support to the attorneys in our Real Estate practice group by utilizing general knowledge of the workings of local and state government to research and apply a variety of land use laws and regulations.
• Manage timelines, meet with clients and local government staff, prepare filings and supporting documents, and coordinate a variety of activities related to complex zoning, planning, development, and economic incentive matters throughout Indiana.
• Prepare, review, analyze and organize documents for real estate transactions.
• Conduct title proceedings and closings.
• Correspond with clients, title companies, surveyors and city and county offices.
• Draft and record real estate documents.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients on a wide range of other matters.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of previous real estate experience, including closings, title commitments or land and zoning regulations strongly preferred.
• Proficient with computer applications (particularly with the use of graphics).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
