Key Responsibilities‍

• Model income and cash flow for commercial real estate assets for use in professional loan packages, incorporating current market trends.
• Research relevant rent, sales, cap rate, and expense comparables.
• Wield specialized knowledge and data specific to various asset classes (Multifamily, Office, Retail, Multifamily, Hospitality, Storage).
• Evaluate the feasibility of potential development and value-add deals. Consider cost, profit, and discounted cash flow.
• Structure and optimize complex capital solutions including debt, subordinate financing, and equity tranches along with alternative financing sources inclusive of ground leases, C-PACE, or government incentives.
• Present lending and investment opportunities to capital sources in a professional, confident, and credible manner, including key data points, economic drivers, risks, and risk mitigants.
• Shepherd transactions from term sheet to close, recognizing potential credit committee, legal, appraisal, or title issues to alert Capital Advisors.
• Report on industry trends that affect commercial financing by sourcing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Mentor and participate in training programs for less experienced teammates.

Preferred Experience & Characteristics

- 5+ years of commercial real estate analysis experience, ideally in commercial mortgage brokerage or lending.

- Analytical, high-energy professional with exceptional attention to detail.

- Curious and adaptable team player.

- Ability to multitask by attending to multiple forms of communication (phone, email, Slack, etc.) while continuing to make progress on projects at hand.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, and excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Ability to meet deadlines and take personal ownership to achieve team goals.

- Ability to give and receive constructive guidance and coaching from other team members and management.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
