Description
London + Regional has become one of Europe’s largest privately owned real estate companies with a worldwide portfolio of >$12B including L+R Hotels.
L+R Hotels owns over 90 branded and independent hotels around the world, including in the US, using a range of operating models that give us flexibility with oversight and control. We operate our own hotels, directly and under franchise. We operate hotels jointly with partners, either owning the hotel outright or in a joint venture. Other parties operate our hotels under franchise agreements or via lease agreements, or brands operate our hotels via management contracts. We manage an 18,000 room portfolio that spans the UK, Continental Europe, the US and the Caribbean. It is exceptionally diverse – from select service hotels to award-winning five-star assets and spectacular leisure resorts in the world’s most exclusive locations.
We have a substantial and growing portfolio of hotels across the US (gross investment >$600M), and a significant non-hotel real estate portfolio including developments concentrated in California. We have a small US team who manage acquisitions and asset manage the portfolio, supported by the London based corporate office.
