About the role
The NNN Pro Group is looking to hire a Business Development & Events Manager at the market leading net lease sales team in the country. The NNN Pro Group was formed 20 years ago and has sold/closed more than $16.5 Billion of Net Leased real estate. Candidates must have an engaging personality, strong communication skills, professional demeanor, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be willing to travel to corporate conferences and events and should be comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute external client-facing and internal events and conferences
• Identify and manage partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Develop and support relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive new business growth
• Coordinate and manage in-person and digital client engagement and marketing strategy (emails, brochures, presentations, gifts)
• Lead social media marketing strategy
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, real estate or related field
• 3 -5 years in business development, client engagement, and/or events management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with effective project and time management skills and strong attention to detail
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Franchisee/Franchisor marketing events; franchise sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel to events / conferences
