NorthMarq is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Transaction Manager to support the Dallas Production Team. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
The to-be-hired manager will be part of a active sales team and will play a key role in the deal transaction process while obtaining extensive exposure to all commercial real estate assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services required
- Manage LOI, PSA, and other documents relating to property transactions
- Manage, track critical day-to-day dates for each transaction
- Assist with the determination of requirements for client-specific reports and coordinate the tracking system
- Develop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, and other retail users
- Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors
- Coordinate with lead sales team to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of all types of CRE transactions
- Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements
- Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process
- Identify potential issues and take action accordingly
- Investigate and promote the use of new system management tools
- Arrange and manage for closing gifts for clients
- Develop, amend, and/or maintain social media marketing campaigns
- Work with marketing team to support the public relations action plan as needed
- Manage marketing collateral and communications as needed
- Provide support for the development of proposals, presentations, and any other additional sales aids as needed
- Manage or execute special projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector is a definite asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, project management experience a plus.
- Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel). Experience in Salesforce a plus.
