Job Description:
- Partners with various internal business units to manage and track deal flow.
- Responsible for conducting financial analysis of prospective transactions as well as existing real estate assets.
- Assisting in portfolio and capital management.
- Presents pro forma analysis including cash flow to finance team.
- Required to identify and anticipate the direction financial metrics will move based on changes in assumptions and/or inputs.
- Manages ongoing operating initiatives related to strategic financing enterprises.
- Responsible for the preparation and review of materials for capital source partners.
- Required to provide complex data and modeling analysis as well as make recommendations to finance team for consideration.
- Required to review and maintain a sound understanding of market data as it relates to applicable transactions.
- Performs financial modeling and related financial/scenario analyses.
- Maintains a broad network of working relationships in collecting data, establishing processes, and reporting results.
- Prepares investment presentations.
- Assists with a multitude of capital market projects.
- All other duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of related financial analyst work experience.
- Experience with real estate investments is required.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to plan for, prioritize, manage, and execute work assignments within expected performance parameters and timelines.
- Works well with others in a dynamic team environment.
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Curiosity and passion for understanding and analyzing financial results in the context of creating value.
- Must have strong knowledge of finance related software.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
- Must possess strong written and communication skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
