With continued strong business growth, we have an immediate opening for a client success manager to spearhead our programs to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our growing institutional client base. As Boxwood’s first client success manager hire, you will find this to be an exciting ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of our account management programs and goals. Working in concert with Boxwood’s sales and operations team, the successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing new client service programs, undertaking day-to-day client interactions, collaborating with our digital marketing team, and growing existing accounts among other activities. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Boxwood’s sales and operations management in establishing account management goals and developing ongoing marketing, communications and support programs that will further improve the client experience and product usage.
  • Maintain internal management reports and forecasts of usage activity. Track key performance metrics against account management goals.
  • Proactively reach out to clients on a scheduled basis to ensure their satisfaction and seek expanded or upsell opportunities.
  • Assist sales reps in post-sale account management including onboarding and client user training.
  • Respond intelligently and promptly by phone and email to incoming client inquiries, as needed.
  • Manage ad hoc client or marketing-related projects.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant account management experience growing client relationships in a business-to-business setting.
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate or commercial real estate services experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in developing client service, support, and loyalty programs in the business-to-business arena.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Hands-on experience developing digital content and/or collaborating with marketing agencies.
  • Solid business acumen and analytical skills; ability to think creatively.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales-support calls.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, courteous and a self-starter.
  • Data-driven business experience preferred.
