On any given day, you will...

        • Create detailed process documentation
        • Steer User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and define and execute change management for initiatives and enhancements
        • Serve as the scrum master for the BIS sprints, following an agile methodology
        • Collaborate with the BIS Software Developers
        • Influence decision making and problem solving across teams and projects
        • Proactively manage, identify, and resolve dependencies between teams
        • Ensure all project plans align on delivery criteria
        • Build and maintain relationships with cross departmental stakeholders to increase collaboration and productivity
        • Effectively and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders
        • Analyze projects to identify risks and potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met
        • Triage issues that arise during implementation
        • Simplify complex technical topics when meeting with business team members and stakeholders

We are looking for someone with...

      • A minimum of two years of  experience with designing and implementing Salesforce solutions

      • Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture
      • Experience working with Data Models (ERDs)
      • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
      • Ability to effectively spearhead projects and build solutions to meet business needs
