LivCor is a real estate asset management firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.  Formed in 2013, LivCor specializes in hands-on asset management of multi-family assets throughout the U.S.  In collaboration with its operating partners, LivCor oversees the management of its assets furthering a mission of maximizing return for investors while offering best-in-class service to residents.

 

The manager of digital marketing is wholistically responsible for the planning, development, and ongoing support of the LivCor digital marketing strategy in concert with overarching performance goals for the LivCor multifamily portfolio.  This platform includes digital marketing services, search engine optimization, and analytics reporting all supported by selected agencies.  The digital marketing manager will be responsible for transparent and clear reporting and analysis both external operating partners as well as internal stakeholders in order to support a streamlined process and marketing performance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manages the digital marketing functions of the LivCor portfolio including planning, building, and implementing the overall strategy
  • Manages reporting, process, and relationship with both digital agency support as well as operating partners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintains and analyzes key metrics to digital marketing performance, ROI, KPI’s and their relationship to overall asset performance
  • Extracts, analyzes and reports on digital marketing performance though Google Analytics, Google Ads and other data tools
  • Develops and manages the agency-supported SEO program for all assets
  • Participates in and supports the ongoing development of the LivCor website platform with responsibilities related to page SEO, site optimization, AB testing and partner support
  • Oversees the LivCor Google Analytics environment, manages structured setup, data extraction, and report creation in multiple platforms
  • Partners closely with Marketing Advisors and Asset Managers to ensure precise deployment of digital marketing strategies in support of the overarching strategies of LivCor assets
  • Is a participating member of the Marketing and Revenue leadership team, joining weekly meetings and assisting in strategy discussion and decision making
  • Some travel required; travel would be oriented around partner meetings and industry related conferences/knowledge acquisition opportunities
  • Divides time between planned projects and urgent matters; expect new issues on a weekly basis and responds with energy, collaboration and speed
  • Excels in an environment with constant change
  • Adapts, performs and invites additional job responsibilities as LivCor develops
  • Will contribute to the ongoing education and development of the marketing team

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of and mastery of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEM with a desire to learn in areas with needed development
  • Mastery of digital marketing technologies, IP targeting, re-targeting, GEO fencing, email campaigns and digital nurturing campaigns
  • Experience reviewing digital marketing plans and overseeing the execution and assessment at scale
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns in bulk and at scale, preferably from an agency perspective
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Skilled at documenting processes
  • Solving problems and quantifying results.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Is an engaged and collaborative team player with high energy and strong analytical thinking

Other Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a digital marketing manager
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Candidate must be proficient in excel, online research, and knowledge of digital marketing
  • Candidate must have proven track record of providing high quality support
