Asset Manager

The Asset Manager position will focus on managing our portfolio of owned bank towers and buildings.  Activity for this 20 million SF portfolio includes day-to-day asset management, 3^rd party leasing, capital improvement projects, asset sale and redevelopment projects, along with coordination of internal U.S. Bank real estate strategies.  Responsibilities include; (a) portfolio analysis to identify opportunities; (b) market and asset analysis to determine highest and best use, and value; (c) establishing project strategy; (d) managing third party broker activity including pipeline management and asset marketing programs; (d) financial and qualitative analysis of proposals; (e) managing negotiations and contract documentation; and (f) managing closings.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree

- 5 to 10 or more years of experience in commercial real estate

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, with corporate real estate experience preferred

- Strategic perspective and proven communication skills

- Demonstrated financial analysis skills

- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
