At Concord Summit Capital, we are proud to provide, through our team approach culture, three independent services across our investment platform.

Advisory Team - provides fee-based advisory services for debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate capitalizations, ranging from $3 million to $1 billion. We provide value to our clients, through flexible financial solutions, for complex real estate transactions. 

Investment Team - acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, who has been in business for 16 years.

Fund Team - invests in commercial real estate debt and equity structures in transactions ranging from $2 million to $35 million.  All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Concord Summit Fund One, which is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2020. Concord-Summit Fund One is a private fund founded and managed by Summit Investment Management and Concord Wilshire Companies.

Role
Concord Summit Capital is seeking a Senior Production Analyst familiar with real estate debt and equity financial modeling to support production officers in structured finance across all aspects of the firm's investment platform.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzing due diligence materials for various real estate asset classes, including but not limited to: 
  • Multi-family residential (rental and for-sale)
  • Single-family residential (rental and for-sale)
  • Retail
  • Office
  • Hotels and Other Hospitality
  • Senior Housing
  • Large-tract and master plan development (urban and suburban)
• Building, reviewing, and manipulating financial pro formas for all asset classes including Senior A piece along with B piece financing in the form of mezzanine, preferred equity, or common equity, for the following loan types:
  • Construction Loans
  • Bridge Financing
  • Permanent Debt
  • Condo Inventory Loans
  • Distressed Loan Purchases
• Producing loan request and offering memoranda packages for equity and debt placements
• Additional due diligence and/or material support for production officers as needed
• Interfacing between borrowers and lenders regarding underwriting, modeling assumptions, and any other due diligence requirements
• General administrative support duties for the platform
• High level proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Argus
  • Costar, Trepp, and similar data platforms

Compensation
