Summary:
We are searching for an excellent candidate to join our local leasing team. Successful candidate must have experience handling leasing administration and have coordinated scheduling and meetings for the leasing team. Direct experience with healthcare systems and/or physician users a plus).
Primary Responsibilities:

Database Building & Maintenance
- Maintain Costar & Loopnet
- Logging contacts into Salesforce CRM management system
- Email and physical address database management: prospects, tenants, brokers
- Generates weekly activity reports for management and ad hoc reports from Salesforce as requested

Team Support
- Scheduling travel / meetings/ tours for the leasing team
- Outreach follow-up
- Expense report preparation

Deal Preparation
- Prepares initial NER’s and deal analysis for leasing teams
- Prepares LOIs
- Performs credit checks and financial review for prospects
- Prepares lease packages for execution
- Tracks actual deal costs and ensures total leasing commissions, space planning and TI invoices are paid timely and support is complete
- Other
- Support for supplemental projects (market analysis, competitive sets, competitor rate verification)
- Broker event planning
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Salesforce
- Experienced with Excel and word
- Must be self-motivated, take direction well, and complete tasks on time
- Must have great phone and people skills
- Must be VERY organized
- Must be flexible to manage multiple parallel tasks, where priorities and deadlines shift frequently
