Position Description:

We have an immediate opening for an Associate to work as part of our Reporting and Investor Relations team.  This position will report directly to the Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations.  The Associate will also work closely with the Investment/Asset Management team, as well as the finance and marketing teams to manage the reporting requirements and support client services activities and the preparation of marketing materials. 


Specific responsibilities include:


Reporting:       
  • Prepare all recurring monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc investor requests by updating all schedules with current information and estimates.
  • Prepare quarterly investor reporting, which includes obtaining information from the investment and/ or asset management teams, updating applicable excel documents and fund models, and collecting and compiling specific market and submarket data.
    • Create and maintain fund level cash flow models for quarterly reports, investment projections and returns, and investor specific projections
    • Create all of the individualized investor specific quarterly reports for upload to secure investor website.
  • Assist with both the electronic and hard copy mailing of all reports in a time efficient manner.
  • Utilize company databases and accounting and file systems for information retrieval as necessary.
Investor Relations:
  • Assist in the preparation of company marketing materials and investor presentations, by compiling and updating relevant project and fund data.
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Maintain and update company wide track record information.
  • Populate and maintain various consultant databases to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of portfolio/fund information on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with the completion of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in real estate is strongly preferred, accounting experience is a plus
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Experience with client database systems is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
