HQ Capital invests in existing properties and real estate development projects throughout the United States. Investments include multifamily residential, office, industrial, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties. Currently, these comprise more than 15 million square feet of commercial space and 67,000 residential units across the United States with a focus on the coastal markets.

HQ Capital provides investment and asset management services for funds as well as separate account investors, which include both institutional and high net worth families. Investment strategies range from core and value-add acquisitions to opportunistic joint venture developments.
